Two years ago, we embarked on an exciting journey by launching a groundbreaking corporate group training focused on self-esteem and inner strengths—proudly counting PUMA among our major customers. In just two training days, participants experience a deep dive into the human psyche and discover practical, empowering tools to unlock their full potential at work.

This initiative was developed in close cooperation with PUMA’s People & Organisation experts, with a clear mission:
Help employees at all levels move beyond self-doubt and hesitation, empowering them to express their ideas, showcase their strengths, and set healthy boundaries in a constructive way.

Companies are finally increasingly recognizing inner strength as one of the keys to greater resilience, innovation, and creativity.

As you can see, this is not about a tool-based training on presentation or communication techniques, which is useful when there is a lack of experience or skills. This training goes way deeper.

The participants’ wishes for this training are to dare to contribute their opinions, to speak in front of groups or in meetings, to present, and to feel internally grounded while doing so. Internal blockages often play a role here. Participants often report that the ideal mix of psycho-education, experimentation, small group exchanges, embodiment work, and lively interaction within the group creates a safe space where these topics can be addressed. And if there is a need for individual support through coaching afterwards, we are professionally available with self-esteem coaching.
